    Hi! Still nothing.... PD is Jan 04, 2o17. I have raised two SR with the same BS " The SR was completed." I see ppl on here getting their EAD approved with PD's of 04/18/2017. My folks are 69, and 72 years old and Canadian. What exactly could be the issues?? USCIS updated their processing times...

    No the FBI won't find out, however her n-400 would be denied by USCIS, and the removel process of your wife would possible begin. Don't file her n-400 application. Also, call the local supervisor of elections office where you live and request her name be REMOVED from the voter registration...
