How do we determine the PD? is the Labor filing date? or I485 filing date? My case was first applied in Oct 2001 from CA later filed again on 16 Dec 2003 from NC case moved to Backlog centers....funny is CA case moved to Dallas and NC case moved to Philly Once Labor is cleared from Philly...

Do you have EAD card? Once I140 is approved you are free to work on any areas...I don't think you must work in the same Subject. Meaning can find any job and work as long as you have EAD.....Guys correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Folks, Today I spoke to my Attorney and she said there is no Security/backgroud check for I140...all that happens along with finger prints only... I have filed my I140 and 485 concurrently on Jul 2, 2007 at TSC... I received my receipt notice only on 21 March 2008...almost 10 months over but...
