    +1, but with a small correction. It should be ND (notice day) but not RD. In many cases this difference is small (one day or so), but for summer 2007 filers this difference may be as much as 2 months. RD this is mailroom time and ND is time when data were entered in the USCIS system. So USCIS...

    Not a big deal for USCIS. Recall how many I-485 they approved during one week (or even during a weekend) just before "VB fiasco" in summer 2007.
