Same COmpany Yes ! I am working for the same company, since last 4 Years. Substitue LC is from Jan 2002. I guess they asked W2's from 2002. Thanks ~Something

RFE- I-140 Petition For my 140 ( Sub LC - EB3, RD - Aug First Week 2004 ) I got a query-- Credential evaluation , Employment Verification Letter , Last Thee Pay stubs & Last Three W-2 Forms. I had LUD on March 3rd & March 7th.

I don't think so I don't think they are fooling us (atlest in case of 140 - Not sure about 485). I had a LUD on my 140 ( Date 3/2/05). No news about 485. Mine is purely concurent EB3 ( Sub - Labour - Original Priority date Jan 2002). RD Aug 2nd/04 This is just my opinion.
