3+2 Every case is different. However, we have had approvals when this is handled properly. There is an unpublished Appeals Office case approving the 3+2 as equivalent to a US Masters.

Vocational degrees The rule of thumb is that IF you could get admissions into a college or university then the vocational degree is equivalent to a US H.S. diploma. If you could not, then it is not equivalent.
