hi . I used my H1 visa only for 2 years and it expired in 2001. later i came back to the country on L1A which also finished. will i be able to use the unused years of my H1 under H1 Cap exempt now ? if so , what is the procedure to do this thanks ..

EAD renewal Hi , I am on EAD thru my spouses green card processing . we are on EB3. I140 is approved and I485 was filed is it possible to renew my EAD separately, independant of my husband's green card processing , if he intends not to renew my EAD in future. Thanks much,
