EB3 140 RD March 2 485 RD March 2 11/07 RFE for 485 11/09 RFE for 140 12/07 RFE received by CSC 12/13 140 approved 485- still in the air

Our case got sent to SESA from DOL 3 times :mad: Only congressman helped to reason with DOL. We got our I-140 approved today :) Now wondering how long it is going to take to get I-485 approved :confused:

I got mine in one day in Fresno Office in March. I don't think it is working the same for others offices in CA.

Re: sel Yes, I have heard that the case was back in Dol via the AVM. No, we did not received 3-option letter, but the attorney discussed that matter with DOL and ad. company was running for several moths from time to time.

Call your attorney on Monday. If the date is close he/she should have received a letter of approval. Good luck!;)

I think that the congressman played his part:D Can't say for sure: DOL did not release any details about its decision.;) My advice for all remanded cases- fight. Speak with your employer if you want to push your case. A letter from the firm ( complain) worth more than a complain from H1-B worker.

Update on our case SESa-08/20/01 DOL- 08/12/02 Remanded- June 2003 Returned to DOL- 09/06/2003 Remanded to State -10/23/2003 Returned to DOL- 01/06/04 Today the attorney said that case was certified:) BS+0 years of expirience small company in the Central Valley

Our laywer said that if ad did not have experience, that means ad will be considered as with 0 experience.:( That from our lawyer's letter: ads that were being run then required a Bachelor degree and no employment experience. That complied with the DOL's encouragement to streamline RIR...

Wang2Mazi , I don't think that your expirience will affect anything. They consider the posion which was advertised.

It is a game Now they are playing the " telepnone" game with you :D Ask your credible sources what has happened. Next you can hear "remanded to state" message :D
