Based on the online status, my 140 was approved last Friday. Be patient, folks, and you will all get through. My employer sent an inquiry for me, seems it helps. ND: 3/1/03 AD: 4/16/04 Best wishes to all of you.

Thank sankav2000 sankav2000, You are right. Well, at least to my observation, the lower the middle 3 number, the earlier the RD/ND. I just wonder if anyone who knows some friends who had waited their I-140s before and did something on query or consulting attorneys, or just have to wait...

I look for any input from those whose I-140 cases fell behind the USCIS published process date. USCIS updated EB2 I-140 process date to June 20, 2003 on April 8, 2004. My I-140 case (EB2) has ND 03/01/2003, but so far it has not been approved. Is there anyone who had similar experience...

My I140 has notice date 2/6/03 and it hasn't been approved yet. The official processing date is already 3/17/03 in CIS website. I feel devastated. Has anyone had similar case before? I wonder if my application was lost ...

Re: Second FP notice.... My wife and I received 2nd notice too. By contacting HR, I was advised that it was their system error and the 2nd notice could be ignored. If I hear anything different later, I will update.

Since my case was coordinated by HR with the law firm, following was the partial sentence from HR. "As soon as the law firm receives the Receipt Notices for your AOS filing, which may be in 4-6 weeks, you will be sent the original notices..." So I wonder if anyone (everyone) on this board...
