We appplied for LC (EB-2 RIR) in the state of Nevada on the 13th of October. I have not recieved any official notice of reciept from the SESA as yet.(I am not talking about FedEx reciept) Should I be concerned or will I get notice when the file is transfered to SF DOL? What is the time frame...

Has Nevada SESA stopped processing all apllication? Their date has not moved even a single day for the last 6 months. They are still processing 4/30/01!!!!!!!!!! Anybody has more information regarding what is going on????
