I applied in houston for my OCI. I got back my US passport with the OCI sticker and the OCI book. The issueing officer did not sign. He just stampped in the place where there is Signatur and sign of the issueing officer. He just had his stmp but the signature is miising. I am trying to call them past 2 weeks and they do not pick their phones? Any help? Very poor service.
