    I applied for asylum in 2003 but its not until 2006 that I had my interview my case was referred to a Judge , I got an EAD 2005, 2006 ,2007 now they are saying the clock stopped at 91 days and they are taking the date from my master hearing date of October 2006 and my appeal before the BIA...

    they are saying I applied for asylum on the 6 of 2006 when I went before the Judge but I had applied in 2004 the clock is stopped at 91 days but I have been issued 2 EADs so what can I do

    here I go again I have a pending appeal BIA my EAD expires in December and I applied for renewal in August , I got the intent to deny message what else can i do I keep having to do this every year I am supposed to start a new job in NOv any ideas
