There's hope for all u Sept guys out there Just saw that my I-140 is approved! HURRAY! Concurrent filing .. EB3. I-140 ND Sept 15, 2003. No FP yet. It was getting a little bit frustrating, but you know for most of you guys out there, its just round the corner......so keep your fingers...

Or, they could be adjuducating the I-140's at a cursory level and issuing RFE's on the slightest of issues (the rate of RFE's and denial has gone up significantly over the past couple of weeks). That would mean the more straightforward cases would move up in the Q with a concurrent adjudication...

Any idea what's with the FP notices these days? A still pending I-140 (with an ND prior to the processing date) with a *completed* FP should be a prime "fast track" candidate.

To glxy Glxy, If things seem so obvious and your common-sense is enough to explain how law is supposed to work, what are you doing in this forum anyways? I sure hope its USCIS that has made you so cynical so you can get over it once your GC comes thru. Or if you are here just to cause...

Cant run the scan Am unable to run the scan myself. Did follow the instructions but the sheet comes out blank in the end. Will someone be kind enough to run for ND 9/15/03 with a range from 53000 to 53999. Thanks in advance.

Rajnikant, Before your I-140 got approved, did you see any date updates on your case?

Did you try calling them? SafeNH, Have you tried giving them a call at the toll-free number to check your case status? Maybe that's more accurate than the website. Remember, its the USCIS IT dept. you are talking about!! ;)

thanks douglas Thanks for posting a lot of "information" and "interpretation". If the I-485 adjudication indeed comes through with the I-140, well, I'll probably go try my luck at a las vegas casino next! Fingers crossed!
