Hi,
Iam getting the birth certificate affidavit from my parents and uncle but I have not mentioned the reason for not having the birth certificate before.
Ex: XXX's birth was not registered with the Records office of ABC Place and therefore a birth certificate is not available at this time.
Only the below content is mentioned in the affidavit:
AFFIDAVIT BY [Father's First Name] [Father's Last Name] and [Mother's First Name] [Mother's Last Name] (Mothers Maiden Name: Mother's Maiden Name)
Re: [Child's First Name] [Child's Last Name] (If child is married, list the following:
....
....
We married on [date of marriage] in the city of [name of city], [country].
We [Father's First Name] [Father's Last Name] and [Mother's First Name] [Mother's Last Name] had the following children:
....
....
Will there be any issues if I get the affidavits this way?
