My I-485 notice day is 4/13/2003, denied at 2/13/2005, MTR filed at 2/28/2005, reopened at 8/4/2005, and approved at 8/31/2005

I received the email yesterday afternoon. Both my wife and I are approved. My case was rejected, and just reopened on 8/4/2005, and approved by 8/31/2005. My case is EB3, and notice day is 4/13/2003. Good luck to every body, and truly appreciate every one who have posted so nice...

Oh... Man... don't think any more, just contact with your lawyer, and file MTR. You are not worst. My 485 was denied two weeks ago, the reaonse is for that they think me as under 245!... I am kind of person??? Definitly not!!! I hold H1, and enter USA, no any change, very simple status.
