Hi, This is painful140, i had the similar situation like yours except my 140/485 were pending at that time. I think you should try MTR. Did your 140/485 get denied at the same time? you may want to ask UN's opinions. He is a great person, very knowledgable.

I think if you got your passport stamped, you should be fine even you don't have job now... once your passport stamped, you are PR already, so you don't need to worry about this issue.

Hi Salam73, I had the similar situation before. I think your case should be fine since INS has issued RFE and if you submit all documents INS need by using AC21, your case can be approved. In my opinion, issue you RFE is better than you get NOID.... so once they review your RFE document, you...
