does ur new passport has ur mom-dad name if yes then give that page to VFS again. if not, then go back to the embassy and ask them to put ur mom-dad name in there...or tell them to give in writting that the new passport does not have mom-dad names. and give that letter to VFS. hope this helps

NSC has defined new set of rules for defining EB2. Any ideas if that work retroactively? I have my EB2- 140 approved in 3yrs+2yrs (MS) ; the lawyer showed MS+0 yrs exp in PERM. Further I filed my 140 in CSC and that got transfer in TSC. Does anyone has a clue of it? thanks -p

I don't think, the 'C' it refers to is under the same sub-section if they refer to a different 'C' they write the complete path like 5(1)(C) and not simple C...so to say it may be good for us…depends how they implement it.
