    Newark local office transfer: tracker

    My relative also got a letter from INS to request an AP interview in Newark, NJ. Her 485 was transferred to Newark on Nov 3rd. She filed 131 on Sept. 28th. She went for AP interview today and got the paper done. But it seems nothing related to 485.

    Stamping without infopass possible if we are in Hurry!!?

    No luck in Newark, NJ. I tried this morning. No line, no chance. They said the only emergency that will be accepted is family member's death. I guess you have to kill someone in order to get in that building without appointment.

    Maybe you can try ASC in Hackensack, NJ. I did an early FP there on Oct 1st., which was scheduled for Oct 23rd. I had drove serval people there for early FP before. None was refused. I know one person tried to do early in Newark but failed, and then went to Hackensack next day and had it done...
