    i don't think the camera is allowed here in NYC, atleast at pearl street they ask you to check in your cellphone and camera.

    no need photos, just bring ur NOA, a vaild passport and make the infopass and they will stamp on ur passport, and it's good for 1 year.

    to make u peace of mind, call the hotline frequently, once u r told ur new oath day, make an infopass and let them print you a copy of OL.

    if he travels with his GC and passport, he will be photo and fingerprinted at the airport when he come back because of the US-VISIT system.

    bob is right, however, u will need the photo and fingerprints taken when u come back to the states.

    what i heard is the US Government collected terroists fingerprints worldwide and updated their database and they ask ppl who enter the US to do so they can compare all the fingerprints.

    very normal, they send the certificate seperately most of time, i received three envelopes from the state department, but i was lucky to receive all three at same day.

    i mean in this specific case when received 2nd oath letter, where can the USCIS gets an extra picture to make a new certificate?
