MY LABOR IS PERM 09/05/2005 and got approval on 09/12/2005 . Applied under EB2

MY FRIEND GOT APPROVAL EMAIL ON 7/14 AND RECEIVED THE CARDS ON 7/19hE PHYSICALLY SHOWED ME THE CARDS TODAY.

No LUD after FP I have completed FP on 05/08/2007. But there is no LUD until now. In 2005, when I havd the FP, LUD appeared one week after the FP. Nirvan

Financial statements, W2s , tax returns from the Priority date. I have submitted all but still INS sent RFE asking for original tax transcripts from IRS. I called IRS and they sent the tax transcripts within minutes.

May be itz lawyer typo mistake. Instead of blank he typed blue. Thatz my guess. I always submitted G-28 printed on normal white paper with my signature

If you download the Premium processing application instructions, it clearly says who are eligible and who are not. Then even if ur employer says no, u can show the rule.

If you have submitted the Original LC while applying for 140, then u r eligible for PP (pREMIUM Processing). But if you have not apllied with original LC, then you r not eligible for PP.

I filed in VSC. Irrespective of service center, premium processing takes not more than 2 weeks. It is foolish to say that premium processing and regular processing takes same amount of time. May be your employer has other propblems if u get ur 140 approval quickly.

Atlast i got the 140 approval todat :D Applied in 10/23/2005..got A2P RFE in 12/30/2005 ..replied to RFE 03/15/06 Upgraded to Premium processing on 09/29/06. Got RFE again just for tax statements...RFE replied on 11/01/06. Got approval 11/02/2006. I hope we will get some premium processing...
