fee to be received, how long? My lawyer paid the fee to NVC on Dec 27th for me but when I check the AVM it still says the fee bill has been generated and will be sent in the next couple weeks. When will NVC receive the fee and update the satatus? When can I expact NVC sends P3 package to us...

NO! Nothing changed. Still says "received..."like 14 months ago. Who knows what's going on. My lawyer suggests that we can ask congressman to make an inquiry. But the election day is just around the corner I guess I'll wait after it. Did you contact your lawyer? What did your lawyer say?

rb180, We are on the same boat. I did not file 485 either. My LUD changed on Oct 6 but the online message still says "received....".

Well, the thing is I did not apply for 485 so there is no name check issue on my case I think. Duno what happened...I tried to call national service center but the lady refused to disclose further information since I'm not employer/lawyer and I don't think they are able to access to the database...

needpatience4gc, who did you call? CSC or National Service Center? Did you mean your LUD changed on 9/24 duo to you made the phone call? I did not call after my LUD chaged. But I start to worry that might be something wrong...

junkit, 10/14/04 was the day your friend received the RFE in mail or it was the day your friend's LUD changed to RFE sent?

well, my LUD changed on Oct6 but nothing happend since then. I've noticed that the other 2 cases filed on the same day as mine experienced the same thing---LUD changed on the same day as mine but no updates yet. duno what happened. anyone else who has the same situation please share.

guys, My EB2 140 is pending since Aug, 2003. My lawyer finally made a phone inquiry last week through 1-800 number and the rap took all the information. He told me that I have to wait for another 30 days for the response. Gee...what if I still don't hear anything after 30 days? I have no idea...

TRUE!!! Totally agree. Mine was Aug 19. This whole thing sucks. Who else in the forum whose EB2 applications filed b4 the latest JIP report date are still waiting? Please post your status.
