I am in the same boat - never had anything done without request for additional evidence - whether it is H1 extesnsion, Labor and now 140. Have you received your RFE yet ? If so, could you tell us what this is about ?

I too received an email today from CRIS indicating that an RFE was issued for my case. Looking at the blogs, it appears like most of the RFE's are regarding ability to pay. Those who received this particular RFE, are they working for a small sized company ?

Well keep one thing in mind, the date mentioned on the online status of USCIS is the date when receipt notice was issued, not the date when they received the application in their mailbox. For example, my case was received by USCIS on August 2nd, but they issued notice on September 26th. So when...

I agree......this is totally unfair to us who have been waiting for the mercy of backlog elimination centers. We cannot file because DOL's right hand ( BEC ) is taking forever to process our applications, whereas the other hand ( PERM ) has been spitting out approvals pretty fast.

I just spoke with a lady at PBEC and she mentioned that they had received rebuttal to my NOF ( good thing it didn't get lost ), and the case has been assigned to analyst and I should be hearing soon. Does anyone know how long it takes to get final decision after the case gets assigned to Analyst ?
