    Any November2005 140 filers in VSC?

    Friends , I have applied my EB2 140 on spep29 , 2005 and it was cleared july 11 , 2007 , after filing mandamus. Looks like some thing wrong with VSC . I suggest you to file mandamus to get your 140 asap. thanks
