Guys: I dont post much (just read) on this forum ... cause I dont have much hapenning at my end. I applied I140 in Feb 2005. My attorney received a RFE - it took a long time for it to reach him - the message on the website had changed a longtime ago. the RFE say it is about Ability to...- monishd

http://www.immigrationwatch.com Guys ... how reliable is this site ... it gives the list of each and every approval on every case ... including the first 4-5 digits on the case number. If this is a reliable site ... I see 4-5 approvals of cases applied in Feb 2005 ... and many from Jan 2005...- monishd

FBI NameCheck Email
How did you find out ur FBI name check status pending ? What number did you call ? I sent email to fbi - fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov also tried calling 202-324-3000 (Lady says send email)..... but to no avail. Appreciate your input. - m- monishd
