Hi,
Has anyone traveled with the automatic (1 year paper) extension that is granted once the I-751 has been received by USCIS (in the form of NOA letter)? Do countries like India/Pakistan (or other countries in sub-continent) have any issues with showing the paper extension along with expired...

Successfully completed interview in Boston...

Just wanted to let you all know that myself and my spouse successfully completed the interview in Boston. Overall the process was smooth no issues and it took about 2.5 hours from beginning to end. We were handed the oath letters at the...

Hi,
I wanted to double check and find out if the 'Optional Practical Training' (OPT) that one is given after completing college degree, is considered 'lawful non-immigrant status? As when I got OPT I was between the age of 18-26.
Thanks for any helpful insights on this.

Hi Tomsix,
Can you post your interview experience? Was it in Boston, Were you asked any questions regarding Selective Service Registration? Also which test did you take (old or new one), was a choice given?
Thanks,
Just wanted to check with you guys if the validity of the passport matters for stamping after getting approved. Any experiences? My passport is valid for a year but my wife's passport expires in about 2-3 months. Planning on going for stamping in the week of so.
Any advise would be appriciated.
