Finally!!! I got my EAD today. Hi all, Here is the glad news. I got my EAD today. I applied on Sept 21 and fingerprint done on Oct 2nd. Hope everybody will receive it soon. Thank God.

EAD based on V visa It is over 100 days since I applied for EAD. Yesterday, I went to Atlanta INS Office for the interim EAD. But, they told me they cannot issue interim EAD since the application is based on V visa . They asked me to contact Missouri Service Center.

Received V nonimmigrant status in 50 days I received my V nonimmigrant visa status last Wednesday. It took 50 days to process. It took about 30 days after my fingerprint appointment. Didnot receive Employment Authorization yet.

My I130 priority date is current to file for I485. My husband will become a citizen in 2 months. Do I have to wait until my husband get citizenship or to go ahead file it now? Which one is better? Any comments appreciated.
