Yes, based on my experience. In my case on 19th I saw same message and on 25th I saw case approved. On 27th I got EAD for me & wife. Keep an eye on your mailbox !! :) Congrats!!

Mine still "in process" In mid june 2007 recieved call from BEC requesting copy of ETA 750s filed (as they lost it, they were working on those for 4.5 years!!) with them and copy of recruitment evidence. Sent the papers again.

Constant follow up with lawyer, escalated in HR. I constantly followed up with lawyer, paralegals, HR contacts every week/days. Escalated within HR hierarchy. Called them, emailed them. Get correct information from lawyer like tracking information or reciept information of the recent responses...

Mine took about 6 weeks to reopen. Mine took about 6 weeks to get back to "In process". Still no approval. Good luck for your case.
