You should initiate an enquiry, its one of the options that says if your case is past the current processing dates published,they will reply within 30 days, this way it will atleast get their attention.

If you case is filed in EB3, it could be waiting for a visa number to become available. The priority date for EB3 for IND is 4/02, it has to go past your LC filing date(priority date) for you to get a visa number.

my ead was also approved on 18 th and I got it last tuesday the 22nd, applied on jan 25th. Did you apply for AP as well, there's no activity on it so far.
