    RFE By Default

    I don't think so. If this is the case why USCIS is approving cases which were pending for more than 2 years. The employment letter is not asked all the times.

    They are honoring name check Memo (180 days Memo). I personally know lot of people got GC based on this Memo.

    LUDs can be for anything. I did not see any any LUD at all before my case was approved. I saw LUD only after my case was approved.

    No. Applying EAD/AP will not trigger anything in related to I-485.

    Do not worry about Processing time. Cases are taken in random order and approved. Your case can be approved anytime.
