    Dedo, WOM stands for writ of Mandamus. There are several posts on this in the forum. Just google it.

    I found the infopass appointments not very useful. Do not worry about them. Keep getting updates by calling or by getting the local congressman or senator to get the status on you case. I found that to be more reliable and also I got the status updates in writing from these offices.
