r_sada , do agree with you...
just wondering why they decided not to follow FOM.
based on FOM, we must see i-140 dates fr non concurrent and must be a change in 485 dates as it would be controlled by i-140...
I am really wondering abt that memo, anyways as u said...it atleaste keep us...
what ur lawyer is talking abt? i think this 1 month crap is based on the processing dates relesed by service center, they says they are working on cases of spetember, urs is may, as far as my best knowledge u def can start an enquiry, try and talk to ur employer, mab be he can help u
thats true that how they are......i called them y'day and wanted my address to be changed,, she kept asking me what kind of application i have, i kept telling her i have "i-140" and "i-485" apps pending, she kepts saying "i-130" and "n-400"...:D
yes, i also asked abt FOM and she said that...
What are they trying to do? this would give them full control...more then 60% cases get RFE's sometimes for Education eval, exp letters, original w2,employer's financial, if ur lawyer forget to send something, u r done....doono about my friends...i am not too happy abt this...though i still have...
I140helppls,
I called them on NSC so that they can change my address on pending applications as they need to send me my FP notice some time in next 5 yrs....
:D ...AR-11 comes under some law which says that if we not citizen then we need to informe INS about our new address withtin 10 days...
thx for all inputs guys, I was hoping to see it changed so that i could get a confirmation that it is changed, i really doubt the lady i spoke this morning.. i had a real hard time to explain that i filed i-140 and not i-130 and i-485 and not n-400....
god bless them :D
I called NSC this morning and changed my address on my pending applications.
does some know if this would change last updated date in the USCIS profile also?
I thought it would and I was hoping to see last updated date changed there as that would have confirmed that they made address...
in that case every concurrent application filed more then three days back is out because they do review i-140/485 both in 2,3 days after the recv.
my i-140/485 was filed on Sep 26th, last update date on both of them is sep 29th, after that they framed it and use to demonstrate to new people...
yes i can guess this
eb3-140-Aug 9th
eb2-current date +3 days...
I am getting angry like dharam paji.....
"ins walon main tumhara khoon pee jaungaaaaa"
oops...before i get some strong words from any other member.. i would run from here:p
