I-140 Approved Folks, Finally after such a long wait - I got my I-140 approved. I am glad that it finally came :-)

I-140 Pending Folks, My I-140 has been pending more than a year. After the RFE response was submitted nothing has happened after that. I don't know what these guyz are upto?

Defrag, I don't understand what they are doing with our cases. The processing date shows April 2006 and no clue about our cases. Anyways did you lawyer initiate an enquiry?

I-140 Rfe Folks, Has anyone received any approvals from 140 RFE's lately? I have been waiting for a long time.

Itz been more than 120 days since I filed for RFE response and have not heard anything from them. I hope they approve it fast.......

Today I have completed exactly 90 days since the RFE has been received by USCIS and am still waiting for response. So far I haven't even received any transfer notice also. Does anyone know if they will be transferring the RFE cases to NSC or TSC?

Kodak, I will ask my attorney to initiate an inquiry with USCIS regarding the I-140 case and see if they can find more information. So when did you file your RFE response?

Kodak, Once the RFE was received by the BCIS, they updated it on the website and the time frame changed to 90 to 485 days. I am not sure if my attorney/employer has received any communication regarding the 60 day one. There were bunch of LUD's in March and after that it has been quite with...

Congratulations GLStrat! I have still not received any update on my case. Did you have any LUD's lately ?

AJ, I have a receipt date for RFE on 02/24 and there have been a sequence of LUD in a row and after that there is no response from them. I am not sure why they are taking so much time for it.

Greg, For RFE on Ability2Pay, you need to submit your company's financial statements proving that it has enough money to pay your wages. Actually my attorney did it for me so don't have all the details. You might want to contact United Nations in this forum - He is supposed to be a GURU in...
