Is travelling with two passports an issue. Old one will expire soon and so I have put it up for renewal in country of origin and I will be travelling back on a Cancelled Passport with a Valid Visa and a New passport without any Visa. Does anyone have any experience with this ...or will it cause...

you might send it as if your parents are sending it..as long as the NVC gets the form with the signature of the beneficiarys and the rest of the details in the text of the email...just remember to put in petitioners dob and name and beneficiarys dob and name in the text of the email...i dont...

you could get a joint sponsor for the I-864 ...also consult a good immigration attorney right away....b'cause since you said were out of status.... you might need a waiver later on

Hey Guys, about original docs like birth certificate for immigrant visa....the NVC asks for originals or certified photocopies by issuing authority...does anyone know if we should risk sending them originals or can notorized photocopies be ok

Hi, For immigrant visa processing ....the dept of state and NVC seem to say that they need original or certified photocopies of the documents form an appropriate authority ( the issuing entity). Does that mean that if I send in photocopies of my birth certificate it needs to be certified by...
