I became a US Citizen yesterday. I obtained an employment-based green card in November 2005 (self-petitioned EB1-EA) and applied for the citizenship in first week of October 2010. I had a traffic ticket that I declared on the application and the yellow letter asked me to bring in the court...
My sister entered the US in 2008 as a permanent resident, stayed for a few months, obtained a re-entry permit and left the country. She also opened a bank account and obtained a drivers license in 2008.
She returned earlier this year (before her re-entry permit have expired) and now lives...
Hi All,
I sent N-400s for me and my wife on October 2nd and received a finger printing notice last week of October. We walked in for fingerprinting on November 2nd because we needed to travel (the appointment dates were November 15th and 21st).

LUDs also happen a day or two after an activity (i.e. call and talk to an officer one day and you will see LUD changed the next day). They have some sort of a process that synchronizes internal and external systems. So its possible that someone touched your case on Friday.
Approval notices received on Friday, plastic cards received today (12/4). Online message for me still says that the case is pending :) And my wife's case status says that its approved
Plastic cards received today 12/8 (both). Online message never changed to cards ordered or mailed. My status still says "On April XX we received the results of your fingerprint......." and my wife's says that the application or petition was approved
Received approval notices in mail yesterday. Interesting thing is: Case status system still says that my case is pending, but my wife's case status changed to approved.
