    Changing jobs Hi Gurus, I was wondering if it was possible to change a job after filing 485. It is almost six months since I have filed 485 and have already received my EAD and AP. Do I have to file for a new 485 application if I take up a new job?

    Hi Guys, My PD is Sept 03 under EB3, which not current as per the visa bulletins. I got a FP notice for Oct 2. Does it mean that my case will be put of hold untill my PD becomes current.

    CHANGING JOB (Labor, I140 Approved) and currently on 3 Year H1 Extension !!!

    Employer revoking 140 Why would an employer revoke an approved 140? Are there any legal reasons why he should revoke 140. Thanks Kopguy
