Hi. I am a U.S citizen and my brother is coming to U.S on B1 visa. I am planning to file EAD once he is in U.S. My friend told me that once my brother is in U.S after filing EAD .He will get work permit in 2 to 3 months and after that he can apply for travel documents. Is this true?
