i am here on an FI Student but i got out of status and later on i filled for an assylum, it didnt go so well in the first interview although the case is still in court. i have not had a hearing yet in court, my hearing will be on december. the problem is that i got married to my girlfreind this month who has been a permanent resident for 8 years and she has the natauralization interview this month. i was wondering since we got married after she submitted her application, should she mention that she got married? and that am out of status too? if yes wont this have a negative impact on her interview. please let me know the right procedure coz she is worried that she might get denied because of my status?.
