Is the unemployment period after EAD expiration comes under out of status? Anyone, please help.
Situation:
Working on EAD.
EAD expired and lost job (Application is under extended review)
Employer said, terminated.
So no job, no pay for few months.
?? What is the situation now? Out of status?
