    Using EAD for sometime again coming back to H1B status

    I am using H1B visa but I have valid EAD. I am with my sponsering employer and my 485 is pending. For 2 to 3 months I wanted to use EAD and will come back to H1B visa with my sponsering employer. My question : Is it valid to change statuses or is there any problems with my GC or any other risks?

    I have a quick question. we have applied for AC21. In that we forgot to mention about dependents. Is it a problem to process the applicatin or INS is going to request that later on when it's ready to process the file.
