All the approved case were approved in around two months. So if your case is not approved in two months, it is most likely not in the Pilot Program, just like my case. It is more than 4 months.

Lose the hope for Pilot Program My case is EB2 concurrent with RD:04/12/2004, ND:04/15/2004, FD:06/02/2004 EAD AP AD:06/14/2004 LUD on I485:06/08/2004: say FP received and process resume. No change since then. Working for public software company(4k employees) with strong financial backgroud.

Did you I485 approved??? Could please you update your case status? Look like your case should be first case in the CSC Pilot program. There are couple of cases with RD:04/13/2004 and 04/29/2004 have been approved under Pilot Program. My case EB2 Concurrent with Rd:04/12/2004 is still pending.
