    I have my middle name on the certificate. I guess the name that you mention on N-400 will get printed. If interview is not done, you can ask the officer during the interview.

    It all depends upon the interviewing officer. If your application was due to employment-based greencard, less probability of asking for it; if it was based on family-based categories (siblings, etc.), it's more likely they'll ask for it. To be on safe side, you can take secondary evidences.
