I applied my I 140 with a labor substitution in May 2007 and the I 140 got rejected because of "any discipline" EB2 in labor. My question is whether I can apply another I 140 with the same Labor (substitution) because I have taken that labor on me before the end of labor substitution.
The reason why I want to apply again is that some of my friends are getting approvals now for "Any discipline" in labor . Please advise
