I am bit tensed with the situation.My company started the GC process but the lawyer didn't get the stuff done on time.
So now they hired a new lawyer and all the process is starting again.
My H1 visa expires on Nov 2009
Right now lawyer has applied for Prevailing wages
1. Now can they apply for the SWA order before getting the prevailing wages so that we can apply for perm after 60 days of swa order.
2. Does the Newspaper ad have to be 30 days prior to filling the perm application.
3. If i go out of US and work for current employee from home,can i recapture that time and use that time towards my 365 days limit .
