Our LUD's on I-485 changed again on 31-MAR-05. Previous LUD change is on 29-MAR-05. Why they are changing? Im under retrogression. :confused:

HUNGURY_GC, What ginnu said is correct. there is no rule like that. But if employer decides to cancel or revoke your I-140 there is nothing you can do. you are safe if I-140 is already approved and 6 months passed after filing I-485.

I think you should be ok. Did you sent AC-21 ?

Eb2 Or Eb3 hi iknowitall, is ur case EB2 or EB3? Are you from any of the retrogressed country?

dehraduni Congrats! What is ur PD? did u got any RFE's, did u use AC-21 ?

you dont need GC for getting SSN. If you have EAD then you can apply for SSN. But EAD card is required to apply for SSN. My wife recently got SSN using EAD.

LUD's changed today our LUD's on I-485 have changes after FP on Mar 26th. :p

my prediction is it will move 1 month. ie 01-may-2002. I do not see any improvement as there is talk in various websites that uscis will further retrogress EB2 and all other categories worldwide :rolleyes:

we did FP on 3/26/05 but no change in LUD's

can u post ur details like, ur PD, EB3 or EB2, what service center etc..
