Another FP in 10 day !! Wow, I received another FP notice today for tomorrow. This time code 2. I had done code 1 FP just 10 days back. Any ideas what's going on ???? Jajabhor

My wife did the code 1 fingerprint today. And my old company through which we did our gc received another copy of I140 approval with the new approval date of May 2006. I140 was already approved in Nov 2004. I am getting the sinking feeling that they will reject I 485 based on the new approval...

No we did not get in touch with any senator. From those who received their approvals, there were some who said writing to senators helped, while some said it did not help. It was more less 50/50 chance. We decided not to contact anyone. Just sent two emails to the CSC regarding name check issue...

Today I got an LUD on my already approved I140 - On May 23rd the case is approved and a notice has been mailed !! I was looking forward to getting an I485 approval and instead they are sending me one more I140 approval notice !! What's going on ?? Can anybody throw some light on this.

Anyone not approved yet ? Just to keep all of you informed that I had an update on 03/30/06 on 485, EAD & AP. Have filed AC21 last week, and maybe they received the documents and hence the update. Am not sure if the lawyer also sent the EAD & AP renewal too and hence the update on them too...

My Signature says its all. Haven't enquired about the name check recently. Haven't got any second finger print notice either. We did our last finger print in August 2004. Not very hopeful of getting the gc next month even though the date will become current. Jajabhor
