Sorry if this is the wrong thread....My wife and I are planning to get our H1B visas stamped in Mexico soon. Here is the case history….She was on an F1 visa, had an EAD as part of her OPT and the EAD was valid till August 1, 2004. However, she unintentionally continued her employment with the...
rsimhadri,
THanks for taking time to reply. But I didn't quite understand what you were trying to say. Is the company required to pay 1.5 times the hourly rate for the overtime hours worked? To answer your question, yes, this is an IT job.
Thanks...
Hi friends,
I am on an H1B visa and my company is paying me on an hourly basis after deducting about 45% of what the client is paying. Is it true that if I work overtime (over 40 hours a week), I should be paid 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate (for those excess hours) as...
Thanks for the reply logicators and Madison!
Madison, good thing you pointed out that if my wife returns within 30 days, no visa is required. Any way, I'll double check with an attorney.

with another approved I140 (with say PD=September 2003 thru' employer-B)? Assuming I have to do this
in case...
Mansan,
How long did it take for your I140 approval after responding to the RFE? Sorry to repeat this question
that many of the other curious folks have posted. Also can you please let us know what your PD is?
Regards..
Hi GreenCard2020,
Sorry to hear that your I140 was denied. Just curious, but after your I140 was
denied, was the message updated online that indicated the I140 was denied?
I know the message is changed to indicate if a case is approved...
Both Rajiv & Murthy are very good. It also depends on the case manager you are working with if you were to hire one of these 2 firms to represent you. ;)
If you find these 2 firms expensive, you may want to try other Immigration Attorneys such as Jim Mills (please look up on google) or David...
