I am wondering what percentage of applicants receive RFE for employment letter before I485 approval, given that we have already provided one when filed. Is it not relevant to deciding whether or not pro-actively inform USCIS abut job change?

None whatsoever. As of Nov 15th my NC is still pending. I have seen NC of many apps filed in the same time frame of Oct-Nov'06 cleared recently but looks like just not mine... guess maintaining 10 yrs of legal, law-abiding status in this country indeed pays off:D

Still waiting (EB1-OR, RD: Nov'06). Both state senator's recently informed me NC still pending, also confirmed by Infopass on Nov 15th. Contacted Ombudsman and FL, no reply... So frustating...

LUD on approved I140 on 11/11 I got a LUD on one of my approved I140s which was approved in May'06. Nothing on I485 which has been pending since Nov'06. As someone had suggested earlier, it is probably a result of automatic system archival activity.

eb1a-query, it was for EB1B I-485 (name check relates to AOS) which has been pending since Nov 24'06. waitabit, did you check your status online? lady told me some action would be taken in 6 days but it may take up to 30 days for me to hear back anything. god knows why the delay!
