Hey thanks! The IO told me I would likely be having the ceremony at my local town as I live in central IL. So, fingerprint+interview+ceremony all at different places, haha :D

I ask myself the exact same question everyday :D plus my FP was in indianapolis, and now interview's in Chicago... I guess I should just save myself the headaches and not try to understand the inner-workings of USCIS
Hey thanks a lot for the reply! I live 2 hours away but am not planning on driving there (heard the traffic in Chicago is just too scary :). I hope to use my phone as GPS and time-killer after my interview before my bus away (5 hours wait...). Read somewhere online that they do not allow phones...
I just assumed it all depended on the particular field office you were assigned to; the longer the queue at your particular local office, the longer the wait time is. I could be wrong though...
That said, I have been waiting for 2 months now, come on Indy office!
