I have just been laid off. My I-140 has been approved as a general manager of a restarant. I am now looking for a new job and am wondering what other positions I am able to look at that are in the same catagory?:confused:
I need to renew my ead. I fgot my first ead in Texas but have since moved to California and do not know if I should send the renewl to Texas of California. I have not told texas that I have moved to California. Any help would be great.:confused:

P5nxp600 thank you for the quick reply. I have filed my 485 and have just received my EAD and it has been abot 230 days since filling. So I am going to just do a change of address and wait for an update from INS.:) :confused:
I filled my 485 on my own and will be moving to another state and there fore will be changing sevice centers, what do I need to do to notify the ins of my move. Thanks for the help.:confused: :confused:
My 485 was filed at TSC and it has been longer than 180 days. I have been offered a job in California and wanted to know what I have to do. Do I need to notify INS or do I just need to do an address change, after I do the address change will my paperwork be transfered to CSC. Do you know how...

Here is what I know.
As long as you did not file a W2 or any other papers then you should be ok. Did she get paid under the table and not pay tax if so you will be fine. Don\'t tell anyone she worked because there is now record.
