Just saw both of us (applicant & derivative) received a soft LUD on 1/22. Anybody has the similar experience lately?

I strongly believe the reason that many old 04/05 cases like mine being held off is the expired/expiring FP. Have requested to TSC a few times lately for the new FP notice, but still didn't receive anything yet.. Anybody else has successful experience on this?

I have also raised 2 service requests so far, one in July 15, another in Aug 17, haven't heard anything back yet..

Hi Green20055, when did you have your last FP? Is it done before May 2007 (more than 15 months)?

Guys, any update on the 05 NIW? My case still sits like a stone... NO lud, no FP notice -- although at least 3 different person in TSC I spoke with in recent 2 months promised me to send out the FP notice....

I called TSC lately, and was told my FP (05/07)was indeed expired and they will mail me a new notice soon. ...

Guys, is it true that no more visa number anymore for EB2 India/China?

Graz!! You are green!! Here is another observations for this week: NSC has started to approving older cases with 485 in 05, sadly, TSC still are merely working on 485 in 2007!! How unfair!

Guys, I strongly suspect that the reason for old cases like us (485 PD before 2007) being holding off is our expiring/expired FPs --- you can find out from Trackitt.com that all the cases being approved lately having valid FP (<15 month).It seems that they want to use out the visa number ASAP...

So tired of seeing only 2007 485 filers being approved since Aug 1st!!!!! Anybody know how many those cases being filed?

So far, most cases approved having PD of 485 in 2007 ... Wonder when they'll pick up older cases like us...
