If your lawyer for example did your application for the I-90 they would sign part 9. If not don't worry about it.

You can not apply for an EAD UNTIL you can apply for the I-485. The EAD and AP benefit only come with the I-485 application. Once you have an EAD you can apply for a SSN.

It is not a transfer when you file the I-129 to change TN employers. It is applying for another TN with the new employer. Or it revises your TN to say you are working for more then one Employer. It is not a transfer in the sense of an H-1B transfer.

Three AP is really the norm for multiple entry. They will multi stamp them. You can travel as many times as you like using the same three AP.
